These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Reveller website at reveller.app and the Reveller mobile application (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service. That includes attempting to break, probe, or interfere with the Service, circumventing access controls, scraping at scale, or using the Service to harass other users or violate the law.
4. Subscriptions and billing
The free tier is free to use. Premium is billed on the cadence you choose (monthly or yearly) and auto-renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Content and feedback
You retain ownership of anything you submit (group names, messages, etc.). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content as needed to run the Service. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we are legally required to.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular outcome for your habits.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reveller will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
