Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Reveller (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit reveller.app or use the Reveller mobile application (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us (such as an email when you join the waitlist), information generated when you use the Service (account, device, and in-app usage data), and a limited set of analytics events on the website. We do not read the content of your messages, keystrokes, or any other app’s screen contents.
2. How we use information
We use the information to provide and improve the Service, deliver messages you’ve asked for (such as early-access notifications), maintain security, and comply with the law. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for product analytics.
3. Screen-time and overlay permissions
Reveller uses Android’s native UsageStats and Accessibility/Overlay permissions strictly to enable tracking, blocking, and mindful-timer features. Access is opt-in per feature, can be revoked at any time, and the data stays on your device unless you opt in to cloud sync.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use a minimal set of analytics cookies (Google Analytics) on the marketing website to understand traffic and improve content. You can decline analytics cookies via the banner; essential cookies (such as your language preference) will still load.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers we need to operate (hosting, email delivery, analytics), under contractual data-processing terms, and as required by law.
6. Deleting your account and data
You can permanently delete your Reveller account and associated data at any time. In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete My Account and confirm; deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you can't access the app, email truthreveller@gmail.com from your account's email address and we will verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days. Deletion permanently removes your profile (email, display name, avatar), screen-time and usage history, streaks, stats and badges, mood and journal entries, your group memberships and the messages you posted in groups, and your authentication tokens, in a single cascading server-side operation that cannot be undone. Store purchases (Reveller Plus) are managed by Google Play and tied to your Google account rather than your Reveller account, so they are not deleted; if you sign up again you can restore an active entitlement, and you can cancel a subscription via Google Play → Subscriptions. Data accessed by the on-device accessibility and app-blocking feature is never stored or transmitted, so there is nothing on our servers to delete for that feature.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. To delete your account and data, see the section above. For other requests, email privacy@reveller.app.
8. Children
Reveller is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
